Aindrea Pledger joined our firm in April of 2017 after gaining six years of valuable jury trial and litigation experience as an Assistant District Attorney in Forsyth County and Guilford County. During her time as an Assistant District Attorney, Aindrea tried more than forty jury trials. She brings that experience and expertise to the benefit of the clients of Comerford & Britt.

Aindrea's current focus consists of catastrophic personal injury claims of all types including commercial (trucking) and private motor vehicle wrecks, medical negligence, and premises liability.

Aindrea received her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2010 after receiving her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2006. She gained admission to the North Carolina State Bar in 2010. While in law school, she was captain of the National Trial Team and led her to team to a championship in 2010. She also became the Student Trial Bar Zeliff Competition Champion in 2009. At graduation, she was awarded the Robert Goldberg Award in Trial Advocacy, which is given to the student showing the highest aptitude and ethics in trial advocacy.

Aindrea and her husband attend Salem Presbyterian Church in downtown Winston-Salem, volunteer with the humanitarian organization World Relief, and enjoy going to local concerts and traveling.
